DAFNE: Type 1 Diabetes Structured Education
Whittington Health 九游体育 Trust provides the Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating (DAFNE) programme to patients who are living with Type 1 Diabetes and are already known to Whittington Health抯 diabetic secondary care service.
The programme aims to help adults with Type 1 diabetes lead as normal a life as possible, maintaining blood glucose levels within healthy targets, to reduce the risk of long-term diabetes complications.
